I love the staff! I can't thank them enough for how they've treated me with kindness, laughter and compassion. I'm moving far away but I'll drive 50mn to see Dr Williams that's how much I love them.
I started going to this office 2019, I really liked this doctor but after covid hit, the telecom visits were not good. I had to take the latest visits due to working late and was left " in waiting room" three times, the doctor did not show, all three times. Each time I called about her not showingup, the following day and she said she could not fix the error on her end but tried calling me, which was not true. I called about her no show the third and final time and she falsely stated that she called me all those times, then she told the receptionist to tell me to go to another doctor for my next visit for no reason, very unprofessional and disappointing.The... read full review
Dr. Williams took me as a new patient a month ago and started out with a tele visit until I could get an office appointment. I was impressed immediately with her thoroughness with my medical history as well as my current problems. She immediately gave me the referrals needed to get the tests done before my office appointment with her. She also made sure I was aware that I may need FMLA papers for my job protection if I needed to be off for an extended time and to bring them to my appointment. After the office visit, I was also impressed with the time she took for my visit and I did not feel she was rushing to get to her next patient. The office staff was very friendly... read full review
