My wife and I have experienced most of, if not all of the complaints from the other 1 star reviews. We have been at this practice for about 3 years and had stayed and decidedly worked with the issues due to the convenience of the location. But everyone is super friendly and they care, it just seems very disorganized.
I love the staff! I can't thank them enough for how they've treated me with kindness, laughter and compassion. I'm moving far away but I'll drive 50mn to see Dr Williams that's how much I love them.
I started going to this office 2019, I really liked this doctor but after covid hit, the telecom visits were not good. I had to take the latest visits due to working late and was left " in waiting room" three times, the doctor did not show, all three times. Each time I called about her not showingup, the following day and she said she could not fix the error on her end but tried calling me, which was not true. I called about her no show the third and final time and she falsely stated that she called me all those times, then she told the receptionist to tell me to go to another doctor for my next visit for no reason, very unprofessional and disappointing.The... read full review
