The overall experience we had in building our home with Caruso was not the greatest. From the paperwork to construction, it definitely could have been better. The ONLY reason we are giving a good review is because of the after care manager Mr. Joel Smoot. After we moved in, he was assigned to us to assist with any issues that needed to be taken care of. Believe me, there were countless issues but thank goodness we had Joel. He was phenomenal to work with and whenever he arrived at our home, we knew we were in good hands. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Caruso, who built our current home on our own lot. After reviewing plans and prices from different home builders in the Southern MD area, we decided on Caruso because they had the nicest home plans for the best price. Our sales person was Tim Carle who was fantastic and stayed with us every step of the way. He did an excellent job laying out our options and helping us throughout the entire process. On the contrary, our construction manager, Dan Roys, was a total nightmare. I LOVE my Caruso Home!! Every time I walk into my front door I smile Barry Chappelle is an amazing sales manager! He is always so friendly, always smiling, & ready to help in anyway he can. Mr. Caruso should be proud of his company! My absolute favorite builder ever
