My apartment units shower began overflowing with sewage from the upstairs units. I was rushing buckets of water out of the unit for hours. We contacted Tony (at 3am) and he quickly sent over a tech to install a sump pump and dehu while we were waiting for the complex’s plumber to arrive later that morning. Without Tony’s team this could have been a disaster. I highly recommend CPR when you need a helping hand.

Our experience with Capital Property Recovery has been truly excellent! In mid-March I went to check on a home on Tilghman Island that we had recently inherited but had been unable to visit for several months. We were on vacation when our cat sitter called regarding a broken pipe in an upstairs bathroom. I called Capital Property Recovery based on web-based reviews; Tony was there in less than 24 hours to begin the cleanup process. The drying was nearly complete by the time we came home 4 days later.
Damage was limited to some carpet, wallboard, and insulation in the garage, thanks to prompt service from Tony and CPR. We were happy with the results, which limited our damages greatly.
