“I woke up to find our water heater leaking all over the kitchen and living room. Within minutes, Shane called and guided me through shutting off the water. Just a few hours later, his team had installed a new one. F & M saved our Thanksgiving week! Great service—thanks guys!”
“Wonderful Company! It is Rare to find contractors that are honest, trustworthy and that communicate well these days. I found all of that with Chad at Newberry Plumbing!”
“I called Smith Drain Solutions for my property management company and had the pleasure of speaking with Teresa. She was absolutely amazing—very knowledgeable, understood exactly what I was describing, and quickly identified our needs. The entire process was smooth and professional from the start.
Ron came out to perform the service, and he was equally impressive. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond with his kindness, professionalism, and consideration. It’s rare to find a company with such outstanding customer service from the first phone call to the completed job.
I highly recommend Smith Drain Solutions for their expertise, professionalism, and exceptional customer care.”
