“I called John as my other person was away on vacation and knew I could totally trust John Carl to be the best!! I called Monday about not having hot water and he was very responsive. I sent some pictures and gave info needed. He scheduled time for Tuesday and was here when he said he would be there. He replaced my water heater, cleaned up the area, took the old one away and now I have hot water and new unit! Happily wrote the check which was better than I expected!
