Ivan was so patient while I downloaded the app. I'm not real quick with these things. He was quite helpful and took the time to make sure I understood how the new thermostat works. Much appreciated.
Our A/C stopped working on July 4th. We called and had service in under an hour. A/C was back on within 2 hours of us calling. They were honest and upfront about the after-hours pricing, but we felt like we paid a very fair price for the fast service on a holiday. They were great and we'll definitely use them again!
Ivan came the same day that I called. The Air Conditioning was not cold. 90+degree outside temperature, it was very uncomfortable. He got the Air to work very soon and checked other things. I highly recommend.
