We purchased a new HVAC system from Buric in 2022 after getting multiple quotes and doing research.
The whole process was wonderful start to finish.
This weekend, our system stopped working. I called first thing this morning (Monday) and a technician was here by 12pm.
He had it up and running within the hour and everything was under the 10-year parts and labor warranty they gave us when we purchased.
In this area, it's hard to find good customer service so Buric is one company I recommend to EVERYONE.
Nick H. called ahead to tell us he was coming a bit early. He arrived, got right to work cleaning and maintaining our HVAC.
