Going to school is the highlight of her week! Liz and the staff use positive training techniques based on their up to date knowledge of dog behavior and extensive experience. This has us helped us build a strong relationship with our dog who was adopted as an adult and had reactivity issues, and it has enabled my dog to develop much needed confidence as she interacts with other people, dogs, and her environment. They closely observe each dog and customize their plan and approach so that every dog can have a positive learning experience.“

The groomer also does amazing quality work. Our dog always comes home looking great, clean, happy, and well cared for. They take their time and pay attention to details, which is hard to find.

“We love Happy Dog Care! Our dog, Gus, has been going for daycare here since we adopted him 5.5 years ago. The staff know him well and welcome him enthusiastically whenever we drop him off. We love that they are crate-free and give the dogs the capability of being inside or outside at their pleasure. He always comes home nice and tired! We’ve also boarded him here a few times during vacations and had just as positive of an experience.“

“My Mom was in and out of the hospital for most of the summer and found out she would need surgery for her cancer in November. I live in North Carolina, and we were concerned for her two cats. I called her vet, and they recommended Love Those Paws. While she was in the hospital, they came every day and took care of them when I could not be there. When she got home from surgery in December, she could not take care of them because of the bending and all that goes into it. Annette and Dawnette have been there ever since then and not only have taken care of the two cats but have gone well beyond to check in and help my mom. From getting her mail to coming back after hours to bring in the Chewy package that comes late sometimes to Vacuuming and even shoveling some snow a few weeks ago. They give her companionship and the knowing that her cats will be taken care. Through all of this the last few months they have made life so much easier. Thank you to both of these ladies, James“

“Unfortunately, I am not reviewing the services rendered by this establishment, but rather the beautiful humanity of the people who work here.

A little less than a year ago, my rental car was broken into; the window was smashed and my backpack was stolen. The police told me that they had been following the suspect all night and that they would call me with any updates.

The next morning, Jason, from Happy Tails, found me on social media and messaged me saying that he had found my backpack and all of my missing items in the parking lot in front of the store. I was thrilled!

I stopped by Happy Tails Pet Grooming the following morning to pick everything up. Jason and another gentleman were welcoming and apologetic upon hearing what happened. They returned everything that went missing and asked for nothing in return for their trouble and their kindness.

This event, although stressful and upsetting in the beginning, ended with an act of kindness that I will never forget. Thank you, Jason!“
