“My Mom was in and out of the hospital for most of the summer and found out she would need surgery for her cancer in November. I live in North Carolina, and we were concerned for her two cats. I called her vet, and they recommended Love Those Paws. While she was in the hospital, they came every day and took care of them when I could not be there. When she got home from surgery in December, she could not take care of them because of the bending and all that goes into it. Annette and Dawnette have been there ever since then and not only have taken care of the two cats but have gone well beyond to check in and help my mom. From getting her mail to coming back after hours to bring in the Chewy package that comes late sometimes to Vacuuming and even shoveling some snow a few weeks ago. They give her companionship and the knowing that her cats will be taken care. Through all of this the last few months they have made life so much easier. Thank you to both of these ladies, James“

“Unfortunately, I am not reviewing the services rendered by this establishment, but rather the beautiful humanity of the people who work here.

A little less than a year ago, my rental car was broken into; the window was smashed and my backpack was stolen. The police told me that they had been following the suspect all night and that they would call me with any updates.

The next morning, Jason, from Happy Tails, found me on social media and messaged me saying that he had found my backpack and all of my missing items in the parking lot in front of the store. I was thrilled!

I stopped by Happy Tails Pet Grooming the following morning to pick everything up. Jason and another gentleman were welcoming and apologetic upon hearing what happened. They returned everything that went missing and asked for nothing in return for their trouble and their kindness.

This event, although stressful and upsetting in the beginning, ended with an act of kindness that I will never forget. Thank you, Jason!“
