Everyone was super friendly from the first phone call through drop-off and pick-up. During the last 10 minutes of the car ride to board my two cats, one of them had a poop accident in their carrier. The staff at Country Comfort Kennels & Camp for Pets cleaned the carrier and my cat, knowing I wasn't able to enter my house for most of the day. They were very reassuring since this was the first time I had ever boarded my cats. They even offered to board my two cats overnight if needed, and they had everything they would need in case of a last-minute stay.
