“I’ve been here a couple times now and got my nails done by Mini today. It was a great experience! You can tell she is highly skilled and very efficient - I got dip removal, tips, and dip powder in no time. You can tell Mini loves her job, she is extremely attentive to her clients and very meticulous with her work. I made an appointment and when I got there, I was seated right away which sadly doesn’t happen at many salons in Columbia/Ellicott City so I am really grateful to have found a place like this. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes here - even as a walk-in. The salon is bright and airy, clean, there’s a big screen tv with captioning (I watched the show 9-1-1 lol), and a pretty awesome r&b and pop playlist in the background. And I noticed some sterilization equipment which I was happy to see. There’s lots of overflow parking so no worries about looking for a spot either. So today I got French ombré dip powder nails, and they turned out so lovely! I am super happy with them! Thank you so much!“

“Bernadette is a miracle worker and a lovely person. I’m so glad that Bernadette opened Refresh Nail Bar here in Columbia. My pedicure was absolutely amazing, and my feet felt brand new. I was nervous about a “dry” pedicure, but I actually prefer it to the foot bath. The process is so relaxing and hygienic, and it’s well worth the $!“

I hadn't found the right cut to get the lift and shape I wanted until Lucy cut my hair. That was the first time that the lift and coverage held without product until it was time to refresh. Lucy a miracle worker. We will venture into hair color next! She's a good listener and is welcoming and warm. I highly recommend her.“

“So few people can make my full sets look flat and thin the way I want them to. So often I am left looking like I have cat claws rather than a long sleek nail. It was quick too! I’m a very shy person and I felt very comfortable in this establishment. The silence wasn’t awkward and the conversations I have had there were very nice. It is a very warm and friendly environment. I believe it is a family business and they just seemed like the sweetest people. It is conveniently located next to a Starbucks near a few fast food spots and the dobbin shopping center is right there great opportunity to run all of my errands afterwards. Overall clean, efficient, great results, inviting, warm and accommodating business.“
“It was my first time there and I got An as my nail tech. She was really sweet, asked me if I was okay and if I liked my nails after every step she had done.
