Bernadette is a miracle worker and a lovely person. I’m so glad that Bernadette opened Refresh Nail Bar here in Columbia. My pedicure was absolutely amazing, and my feet felt brand new. I was nervous about a “dry” pedicure, but I actually prefer it to the foot bath. The process is so relaxing and hygienic, and it’s well worth the $!
I scheduled a BIAB/Structured Manicure and love it. Refresh Nail Bar is clean and in a good location. Bernadette is professional, knowledgeable and most of all her personality is amazing. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new tech to give Refresh Nail Bar a try.
Bernadette is incredible! Not only is she very well educated and incredibly skilled, she is also kind and a great person to talk to. I have a HEMA allergy and am a chronic skin-picker and she has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I'm generally a pretty cheap person and haven't ever sprung for regular manicures, but Bernadette's work is worth every penny and I will be back every 3 weeks like clockwork.
