The staff is amazing, the location is great and the communication between parents and teachers is open and active. They are open to alternative lessons or days, should an unprecedented issue arise and you cannot be there in person. I, as a parent, knew from my first conversation with Mrs. Nancy, that this facility really cares about their students, their students' natural talents for music and the parents' comfortability. It's nice to hear my son play on his keyboard@home without my requesting he practice!! That shows dedication and a solid interests in what he's learning. Also, I know he wants to make make his teacher, Sir Josh, very proud!! This is a really wonderful Academy!!!”

“My daughter started at the age of four at EAMA and has been with Dr Oster for over 4 years now. She has grown tremendously in the artistic world as well as in her regular life outside the music.

The program is rigorous that students are expected to make progress every week by hitting the weekly goals specifically tailored to their capability. With several decades of experience working with children, Dr Oster understands kids developmental stages and pushes them to reach their best. There will be challenges but the incremental rewards are highly appreciated and celebrated by the EAMA community. Following through the program so far has made obvious impact on my daughter's focus span, logic reasoning, mathematical sense, and overall executive functional skills.

Dr Oster has a well-balanced teaching style that she will adapt to each individual kid's learning aptitude and personality, but her feedback and compliment are always honest and candid based on child's effort and performance. Her upholding of a true but high standard of excellence benefited my daughter very much that enabled her to truly discover herself what made up her musical interest and what's behind of a musical or any passion lies pride and confidence earned after hard work.
