Excellent haircut by Fahmida! This is the first time I have loved a haircut so much. Fahmida took her time, washed and gave my hair an extra moisturizing treatment, and with little instruction, she gave me the best cut I have had in recent memory. She has a natural talent, and is pleasant to chat with, and her price is reasonable. She is definitely an asset to JC Penney Salon in Columbia, MD and I hope she stays there a long time! Thank you!

Great experience with my stylist. Picture of cut and color. Reasonable prices and great service. This is hidden location so not much foot traffic. They don't keep many on staff for that reason, so make an appointment if you want quicker service, otherwise you might be waiting for someone to help (as others mentioned).
