Carmen promised so much from the beginning but did not deliver. The wedding dress was the only stressful part of my wedding all because I wasn’t taken seriously. My family was stressed about the whole wedding dress experience from beginning to end. I spent over $1500 on a borrow dress that did not meet my expectations. I originally planned to spend max $800 since that’s what her website said was the mid/high range. She sweet talked and promised to customize the dress I’m borrowing only to find out that she used cheap materials and I had to use tape on my wedding day to get the dress to fit properly. Carmen was an absolute delight to work with. She made my wedding dreams come true. I am not sure what the low reviews are about because every interaction I had with Carmen and her mother was amazing. She made me feel beautiful and I never worried about anything regarding my dress or alterations. I cannot recommend her enough. She made one of the most stressful parts about being a bride completely stress free!

Brides STAY AWAY!!! Carmen acts all sweet in the beginning but you will soon find out that she is a liar and manipulator. She kept pushing the date my sister was supposed to get her gown because she rented it to other ppl. When caught, she started lying about why she couldn't deliver the gown. 4 days before the wedding, she tried to give her a gown that was stained. My sister ended up looking for another one and had to wait for alterations to be made just 2 days before her wedding. She accused her of being fat when she messed up on the measurements.
