I can't give this veterinarian office enough stars. I was greeted friendly when I first arrived and then noticed that my cat's name was on the sign welcoming new patients. My cat's appointment with Dr Ho was more than I expected. She took her time and answered any questions I had. I was there for an international health certificate to travel with my cat. Dr Ho was knowledgeable and explained the electronic system and what to expect and look for. In addition, during the exam, she noticed an issue my cat has and treated her for it, something not previously scheduled into the appointment. Was very happy to have a vet who was willing to see my snake and my husband's gecko! Dr. Ho was very thorough in our routine check-up. I appreciated how Dr. Ho answered all of our questions, and was up-front and honest about her comfort level in working with larger snakes.

My dog is very selective with who she trusts and her first visit here I've never seen her do so well! The staff was very comforting and trust worthy in my opinion and I am super happy we made the switch
