With four kids, I have been through the ringer with various repair shops. My friend recommended ELP and so glad he did. The car was towed in Thursday, estimate on Friday repairs completed Monday. ELP's team is very knowledgable and trustworthy. I hope their business continues to thrive.
I'm purchasing a vehicle out of sight from California and used ELP for a PPI. They have been absolutely top notch the whole way through. The only thing I could possible knock them on is phone availability but if you e-mail them Amy follows up with you shortly after and is very responsive with e-mail.I appreciate the fact I was able to talk to Justin the owner I believe and talk to him about my situation and stress the importance of them being my purchasing decision maker based on what they see.The PPI was performed on time and I was amazed at the system they have to send a detailed invoice with PICTURES! I've had about 3-4 PPI's done on various Porsche I've purchased and never once has someone offered to send me pictures of everything. The prices are great for the quality of professionals you're getting. You really can't do better for a return on value. From what I could see in the pictures the shop looks clean and well organized as well. Great lighting so technicians see what they are doing.Can't recommend this team enough. One of the things that stood out was their ability to source quality used parts in order to keep the bill down. I needed a new Sway Bar and Porsche wants $3,000 for it. Amy was able to find me a good used one for less than a 6th of that price. Phenomenal service!Thank you both, and the whole team for being such quality professionals.
