Emergency tire situation that Bill Kidd's solved with ease. After searching around in vain in my hometown to no avail, I contacted my service rep, Ben Washington, & he confirmed they had my particular tire in stock. On a completely unscheduled service call, Ben made sure I was taken care of without delay. When I arrived at the service center, the valet staff had obviously been alerted to my arrival, which I much appreciated. Bill Kidd's Volvo Service lives customer service which is engrained in every person who works there. What a great team to have for vehicle service & maintenance.
