My husband and I had a great experience! Everyone in the showroom was friendly and courteous. Tom was so helpful and patient. He answered all of our questions and took us on multiple test drives. Kevin and William helped us navigate the right decision regarding which vehicle to choose and our financing/leasing options. Highly recommend the Audi Hunt Valley team!
I had a great experience with a bumper touch up this past week. The team was professional and they delivered a great product. The repair took slightly longer than expected and the team gave me a rental car in the interim free of charge. I would definitely go back.
Audi Hunt Valley is top notch with service, communication, and competency. Although there were issues getting parts, they kept me updated everyday and even found another needed repair (under warranty) that would cost me a bundle if found after the warranty expired. Highly recommend!
