Desire, was very rude! Once I I entered the store she was on her cell phone. She moved the phone away from her mouth ( it was on speaker) then raised her eye brows. I guess that meant how can I help you. She stayed on her phone the entire time, including at check out. Very unprofessional and rude. We must do better with training staff in professionalism and customer service skills.

Walmart fired all their doctors, so they do not provide eye exams. Also, it took me 20 minutes to talk to anyone. I pressed the register button but nobody responded until I waited in line at store customer service who paged over the intercom.

I left this 1 star review about 2 years ago but never added any text (I thought I had though maybe it got deleted) so I'm gonna add it now.I've STILL been trying to call this dang place with literally no answer. Actually, scratch that, a young woman answered the phone ONCE and not only was she INCREDIBLY RUDE she ain't know spit.I ask about a doctor- she didn't know. I asked about price and deals-she didn't know. Told me to call back and when I did guess what? NO FRICKEN ANSWER.Boo!
