“We were so fortunate to have found Lori Rae last year. We met her last summer and she immediately impressed us with her effortless way with animals, good aura, and positive attitude.She mentioned how she likes pets more than most people and we couldn’t agree more!She always sends texts and photos of the cats with a little update. Lori Rae is very respectful of the level of interaction you need/want. She also goes above and beyond with other petsitting plusses such as mail retrieval, watering plants etc.Her prices are very reasonable considering she spends a minimum of 40 minutes with the pets.As an added benefit she has been a veterinary technician since 1995. Her expertise and hands on experience caring for animals gives me great peace of mind while we are away.I know the cats enjoy her visits and are happy we have found a fun, trustworthy, and responsible pet sitter!I would recommend her to anyone in the Howard County area seeking excellent pet sitting services.“

“We were in a bind. We had been taking our old fella Beau to Petco for years. After his last visit there, they said that he was too old and they would not see him again. A friend recommended Happy Tails. His appointment was this morning.The location is a bit hard to find and there is very little put into the aesthetics of the shop. However, Beau looks AMAZING!! This may be the best grooming that he has ever had. The folks working were friendly and kind.We will be going back.“

“The people there are so nice and they actually know your dog. They are thoughtful. My dog was a little nervous, so they took her outside and introduced other dogs to her one at a time until a whole roomful of dogs did not intimidated her. Very kind. My pup really enjoyed her time there!“
