“I’ve had two appointments with Mona; the first for an eyebrow wax and the most recent for a neck, underarm, and Brazilian wax. Let me just say that I hope she never leaves the area or decides to switch professions because I have definitely found my favorite esthetician!!! Lol. Mona has a wonderful persona and energy and she’s extremely professional. She’s quick with her service but she’s also thorough from what I noticed. Most importantly (to me), her space is very clean AND she made me feel at ease and comfortable which I usually don’t feel during body waxing appointments. I called and asked if they could repair and I was told certainly to come on in. I did and they fixed at not charge. The manager there is super nice and takes pride in his position. The others are very nice too but he stood out. They stand by their work!“
