“I’ve had two appointments with Mona; the first for an eyebrow wax and the most recent for a neck, underarm, and Brazilian wax. Let me just say that I hope she never leaves the area or decides to switch professions because I have definitely found my favorite esthetician!!! Lol. Mona has a wonderful persona and energy and she’s extremely professional. She’s quick with her service but she’s also thorough from what I noticed. Most importantly (to me), her space is very clean AND she made me feel at ease and comfortable which I usually don’t feel during body waxing appointments.
