The extensions move naturally, blend seamlessly, and allow me to style my hair in a ponytail, braid, or down without looking like I’m wearing extensions. “I had an amazing makeup artist, Erica, for my wedding day June 21, 2025. She not only did my makeup but also the makeup of my bridesmaids, maid of honor, mother and mother in law. I specially asked for a makeup artist who had years of experience with a women of color and Erica did not disappoint. She had every color of foundation and made sure that my ladies looked amazing and true to their skin complexion. We went with a natural glam look with lashes and it turned out amazing. The entire wedding party got plenty of compliments on the makeup and it looked very natural looking. Overall I would highly recommend Erica to any future bride and her wedding party.“

He listens, we discuss any cut or color changes. I've always had him layer my hair but during Covid I let it grow out. When I saw him after 7 months we suggested a blunt cut bob. “All these negative reviews couldn’t be further from the truth. I have been going to Jamila since before I could remember and have never gotten my eyebrows threaded anywhere else, 10+ yrs. Her prices are reasonable and the service as well as outcome of my eyebrows is always amazing. Considering how long I have been a customer it’s important to note that I have also seen various people approach this business with a poor attitude. It’s unfortunate many people today lack basic understanding on how to speak to another human and then when they are denied a service or asked to leave try and play the victim. The customer is not always right…. as a content repeat customer I highly recommend this location for eyebrow threading and Jamila truly is a sweet heart.“
