I've had my TCA-installed Trane system about 10 years and they have always done a good job with service calls and the like. I don't give 5 stars that often because I have to be really wowed by something. No wow moment yet, but they provide very reasonable service.
Always dependable, always on time. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable. My Trane is now 14 years old. They do the seasonal maintenance (twice a year) and I’ve had zero issues.
Prior to the technicians coming out to service my HVAC system, I called Joyce (one of the office managers) to schedule a Fall Check. Joyce has a very pleasant demeanor and worked around my schedule in order to book an appointment that is convenient for my family and I. Joyce has also been very responsive at scheduling service for any HVAC emergency I’ve had in the past and always calls to let me know when the technicians are on the way to my home which is a convenient service I truly appreciate.
