Don’t ever use them for your taxes, easily the worst experience of my life and for my parents as well. I honestly hope they go out of business so no one else has to deal with the bs they put us through. I’d give them zero stars if I could

My husband and I called on February 13th to ask if Barbara could do our taxes, she said ok and took our information. In the beginning of March we told our preliminary was done and she was going to email this for us for review before she filed on our behalf. We received nothing that night but called again a few days later, she was busy with a client but would send it before she went home for the day, again nothing. We do this cycle of calling every few days for the next 5 weeks. 17 phone calls to her between my husband and myself only to call the 14th of April and beg her to send the email so we don’t have to pay a penalty for late filing only to get the same message “I will do it before I leave” and you can guess she in fact did not email us before she left for the day. We had to file for an extension and I did call her today April 15th in a last ditch effort to get this done only for no one to answer my call. If I could give a zero star I would. Do not recommend.

The worst I’ve ever experienced. She had my taxes for two years never got them back I looked at the IRS site and my taxes are still on extension won’t answer calls or emails.

She has had our taxes for 2 years. Nothing has been done. Every week she said I was next she was super busy. Went to pick up all my documents and she can't find them. Told me her assistant would call me on Thursday it is Sunday still nothing. I dropped my taxes off in 2021 for her to help file my taxes and fix what KS messed up. July 2024 she has done NOTHING. Left me in bad standing with state and ignored i trusted to use her 90 percent of my emails!!!!!!!
