The management really works hard to make sure folks have a good experience. I went in 2 days before Xmas to see if I could pick up an order I placed online only 2 hours before. I figured I may have to come back the next day but it was on my way home. They hadn’t pull it when I arrived, but they went ahead and grabbed my item super quickly even though there were pretty crowded. They also made sure that doing so would not hold up the other folks in line.

I love this store and can never just run in and out. I always come across something new I may not need but just have to have...lol. The workers are always friendly, helpful and smiling.

This Ulta Beauty is a fantastic place to shop. This location provides excellent customer service. It's clear the General Manager has trained her employees well. They are always polite and knowledgeable with helping me obtain the products I need.
