I visited in November 2023 for my birthday. This is probably the most expensive salon I’ve ever been to. For a wash, color, conditioner, and trim, I paid over $300! The final total was so high, the manager gave me a slight discount (I guess she realized that paying almost $400 was a bit much). Everything is a la cart. The style and service were good. Services are a bit too high for me. I won’t be returning.
***UPDATE: The receptionist called me to rectify the situation. I was promised a refund on my cancellation fee and offered a discount on my next visit. I’ll give another update after my next appointment.
I cannot recommend The Hair Company USA Dominican Salon enough! The service is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the stylists are some of the most talented I have ever met. Whether you need a simple trim or a full-on hair makeover, they will take care of you with the utmost professionalism and expertise.
