I have been working with service personnel in the real estate property management business, for over three decades. When someone is exceptional, it has to be said. I've had two fantastic experiences with Sledge; they were recommended to me through a warranty company. My experience has been that warranty companies don't usually send Grade A techs, since those companies usually have more than enough work and don't get involved with warranty claims. Sledge has set the bar for HVAC service. I've had interractions with Tony, Josh and Candace. Every single one of them were beyond professional. Candace made me feel like Sledge had my back. I was blown away by how fast they were able to respond to our tenant's HVAC issue--they were interested in addressing the problem, getting the issue handled quickly and correctly, and they weren't focused on upselling us--their focus is obviously on customer service excellence. I knew who was coming and when with frequent text and e-mail updates right up to the point when they arrived. I was further surprised and impressed when they called the tenant later that night after 8 p.m. to check and see if they were still cool and comfortable--I've never had another company do that. They also e-mailed me with their update after contacting the tenant. It's just stellar! I highly recommend Sledge without reservation. Very, very impressed--not just once, and our company will be using them again for sure.
