I had the best experience from beginning to end working with Capitol Heights HVAC Care. The sales man was very informative, pleasant and accommodating. The installers were very informative and clean. The yearly preventative maintenance men are always on time, and pleasant!

Technician from Capitol Heights HVAC Care showed up on time and fully explained all options with no pressure. Installers also showed up on time. They were polite. They took the time to properly install venting and took care of clean up. The whole process was easy. No complaints. I would use them again.

I used Capitol Heights HVAC Care for my home air conditioning unit and was so happy with them, that when the company I work at needed an air condition repair, I called them and they responded immediately. While we waited for a part to arrive, they did everything they could do get us through the wait. Impressively, they didn't charge us for the work that didn't produce results, rather we were only charged for the end result.
