A few hours until flight time and my barber bails. It’s already 7:30… Driving by this spot I thought, “is this a bodega? Nah. It’s a shop!” Small spot a few chairs, nothing crazy. I like this. The owner, Spanky, is a real one. She keeps it even, if you’re cool, I’m cool. A deep taper, with a solid line and some beard work later I’m HAPPY to pay the $35. Thank you.
Good place. Good vibe. The owner is such a great human being and professional who patiently makes sure you get you want while having a fun conversation with you. I enjoyed being there.
