I visited this nail salon because my regular nail technician was out of town and I needed service. I had four nails that had lifted and required proper repair. The technician, a young Asian young lady who sat in the back on the right hand side, who assisted me displayed behavior that I found unprofessional, nonchalant, and dismissive.

Having had my nails done for over 30 years, I am very familiar with how nails should be prepared, secured, and repaired, as well as the level of skill and sensitivity required when a client presents with discomfort or lifted nails.
