Dr Carpenter is the best! He takes the time to listen to what your needs are to get the best vision outcome. Kellan is a great vision center manager. Have interacted with him many times for glasses adjustments or questions about glasses. Christian assisted me this time, and was personable and quick without being rushed.

I was traveling from Virginia Beach to Baltimore, Maryland. It was the summertime and my glasses kept sliding down so I stopped by this vision Walmart center
Ja’Bria Jones not only adjusted my glasses. She cleaned them and made me feel like I was the most important customer she had. She did all this for free and took the time to do it and did not make me feel like I was a nuisance.
Miss Jones, you are obviously a woman who loves her job and loves customer service!
