“I have not worked with them for any landscaping projects but I randomly made a stop last week looking for some old plant containers to use for vegetable plants this season. They (Fransisco) grabbed some good size containers from their dumpster for me to pick-up the next day. The guys working there on site were very friendly and helpful. Grace who works in the office was super nice on the phone. I can say this place is full of good friendly people to work with.Just FYI, This business was called "Chick Landscaping" and now it's "T & A Contractors".“

“We had a roof leak/damage from a recent hurricane that went through. We reached out to ReBuild to get an estimate, as they are local, family owned, and on our insurance company's approved list of contractors.We are *so happy* we did! ReBuild was excellent to work with, start to finish. Everyone we worked with was patient, kind, timely and knowledgeable. Not only did they know exactly how to work with the insurance company, but they knew all of Columbia's/the HOA's rules and regs; they had multiple recommendations based on our home and roof and gutter issues. They were even willing to drop off sample roof shingles for us when we were home sick.The work itself was done quickly and done extremely well. When they found some damage underneath the shingles, ReBuild took the initiative and updated our insurance company so we didn't have to get back involved. ReBuild just took care of it.We had interior damage from the roof leak, and ReBuild took care of that as well. We didn't have to call another contractor, talk to insurance or anything. Drywall and paint folks magically appeared at the right time and did a wonderful job.The work site (our yard) was left in clean condition - no random materials, empty caulk tubes or nails left about (which is a relief when you have kids that like to walk outside barefoot.) ReBuild even came out to double check the work at the end of the project to make sure the shingles, caulk, etc. looked good.We would not hesitate to recommend ReBuild for any roofing, gutter or remodeling needs.“
