Literally the most helpful staff ever. I have a reactive dog and he has made friends with so many vet techs (he hates strangers so it was quite the journey) and they really go above and beyond to make sure he is safe and comfortable every time we go. Can’t recommend them enough. I moved out of Baltimore but I still come here for vet appointments and nail trims!!!
I brought my 15 week old kitten for her first vet visit to Heart+Paw. The staff were kind and made her feel very comfortable. The exam room had fun toys to keep her entertained. They also offered her enticing treats throughout her visit. Ahead of time, Sade educated me on everything I needed to do beforehand. Highly recommend Dr. Martin and her team! Ps there is a parking lot and dedicated spots out front.
I like everything about this place. Staff are caring and competent, facility is up to date and clean, every visit I’ve had has run on time.
