I was referred to Mina after my a/c stopped working. A technician came out right away and replaced the motor in my unit. “Rick” was kind and helpful throughout the process and exemplified great customer service.

The tech came and completed the work professionally. The only negative thing that I have to make note of is the lack of communication through the process of the delays for the project. The communication got better with the representative Rick. And Mina HVAC can improve with better communication.

Mina HVAC did an excellent job replacing my gas water heater with a hybrid heat pump model from A.O. Smith--they quoted a reasonable price (better than another quote I received for the same work) and performed all work in a timely and professional manner. They also helped get me the materials I needed to apply for a partial rebate from DC!
