I ordered a bottle of rose water, and unfortunately, it arrived shattered. I’ve reached out to the shop multiple times via email and haven’t received any response. It’s been incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone, no replies, no updates, nothing. I also had other questions about their products, but again, no one responds. At this point, it feels like the store might be automated or simply ignoring customer service altogether. Very disappointing experience.

The owner must have passed away because she was great. I personally visited the location & received excellent service. I would order from time to time. Unfortunately recently I placed an order on 2/11/25. The money was debited from my account. I spoke with Kayla but no product ever came. I left messages but no one returned my call. As a person who had been using them since the early 2000's, LOOK ELSEWHERE. It's sad because I was going to order a bulk musks for bag stuffers (100+). It's a scam now. Sad.

Spent almost every day for two weeks leaving messages, emails, and a fax to put in an order. Never got a response from anyone and I need supplies for an upcoming fair. What a shame. What happened to their great customer service. They get zero stars today.
