After multiple pinhole leaks in my copper pipes and then an additional flooding from a toilet turn off valve, the Servpro mitigation team lead by Abraham did a thorough, professional job to make sure all necessary mitigation was completed and approved by the insurance adjuster. Also, Rusty, who took my call, was so helpful walking me through the whole mitigation process, and keeping me informed as well as negotiating with the insurance adjuster to make sure all necessary additional mitigation was approved.
