Mt Oak Dry Cleaners is a welcoming and friendly local business known for its excellent services. Customers have positive experiences with their dry cleaning and alteration services, often highlighting the kind staff who brighten their day. They are capable of fixing issues caused by other cleaners and even help recover lost items. While most services are appreciated, there have been some concerns about pricing and stain removal effectiveness. Overall, Mt Oak Dry Cleaners is a reliable choice for those seeking quality cleaning and alterations in a warm environment.
I needed a drawstring restrung in my athletic pants and the staff there did a great job threading the drawstring. It took extra work because the original was stitched in the pants but they took the time to remove the old string and replace it with the new one. I will definitely use their services again!
Absolutely wonderful people that operate this business. Dry cleaners can be hit or miss and I have had my fair share of clothing damaged, not here! They are absolutely WONDERFUL and have even managed to get some marks on clothing out that I never expected. Would give more than 5 stars, but it won’t let you leave more! I would highly recommend the dry cleaner over any other in the area.
Excellent services here! I always feel welcome, and I am greeted warmly no matter how busy they are. I've had nothing but positive experiences with the dry cleaning and alteration services and have been using Mt Oak Dry Cleaners for almost 5 years now.
