Garmets returned with stains still on them. On the front on the sweatshirt no less. Had to see it when bagging. Not the 1st time. Have asked in the past for no creases in pants but they crease them anyway. Don't know why I still use them.......

This is the place to go for expert dry cleaning services. Staff are knowledgeable regarding fabric care and cleaning and selling to advise on these matters. They take great care with delicate items and are quick to say when an item might be damaged in cleaning

Don’t use their wash and fold service, it’s overpriced for what is basically a wash only service. They pretend to fold, but it’s really just smooshing your stuff so it looks vaguely folded until you open the bag. I don’t have high standards for folding, good enough is good enough for me, but damn, that was some bad folding. Even pillow cases, the easiest thing ever to fold, were all crinkly and smooshed. And some was inside out. There’s too many options out there to go with them ever again. Clothes seem washed though, so 2 stars for that.
