Zips never dslisappoints; I trust them with all of my dry cleaning, pressing, and alteration needs. The store is clean and well organized. The workers are all phenomenal, and everyone is so friendly, courteous, professional and provide great customer service. I love it that they notify me by text when my order is ready to be picked up and send reminders until it is picked up. I highly recommend Zips at 15752 Annapolis Road, Bowie, because it's the one closest to me but I'm sure all the locations provide the same excellent service, not to mention their prices are extremely affordable. I highly recommend the Bowie location.
Dropped off 5 shirts and one got destroyed. The claims process as described by the employee leaves a lot to be desired. No claim ticket or number provided, only that I should wait for a phone call from corporate. While I understand that these things happen, the customer should get some sort of assurance that they’ll be compensated for the damages. The manager on duty although very kind was left holding the bag. Corporate should provide staff with a leaflet, or even a QR code for customers to review in the event there’s damage to items. I go to Zips for convenience and pricing. Neither of which are the experience now that I’m left without my garment or explanation....read full review
The service was great. My slacks had come apart at the seam of one leg, but they fixed it. My white dress shirt had a stain on the pocket, naturally they completely got rid of it. The cleaning cost was very low. I was surprised, since the virus everything went up on cost. Zips probably did not get the memo. Lastly, the customer service was second to none.
