I normally like this center, this is about Kaiser as a general and their failure to provide adequate care. I called with persisting worsening alarming symptoms in the middle of night on Sunday the advice line, got advice and appointment in Bowie KP location with primary care. Primary care ordered blood test, did some tests in the office and overall could not figure out what the issue was. Primary care physician did not seem to take my issue seriously enough and suggested to wait till results from test come back despite me saying i dont feel well and it is affecting my daily tasks all day and all night. I was accompanying my mother who is disabled to her appointment on Wednesday. We were waiting for the elevator when JANICE CLINTON ran over my mother’s feet with a dolly. My mother YELPED in pain. She didn’t even acknowledge or apologize for it! Even after I had made it known to her what she did. Mind you, there were multiple boxes on this dolly. I know it was heavy she was struggling with it. I’m going to be making a formal complaint to Kaiser Permanente regarding her formality in this situation. As well as reporting it to the BBB. Is this how your employees in the building treat patients that are coming in for care!? This is unacceptable!

Im honestly really upset.... i had scheduled an appointment to get seen today and i reconfirmed through the app it was today at 10:40AM. I get there checked in and even paid my co pay and a remaining balance the insurance didnt cover... i get to 202 in the waiting area and around 11:13AM i spoke to a nurse, i explained how my name mever appeared on the tv screen they have and she asked if i checked in downstairs i told her yes.... she said would look into it. She never came back out. I open my app and see that they rescheduled my appointment without notifying me and only way i found out is by opening my app........
