In my opinion they've gotten too big for their own good. I have been going there for approximately 4 years and then never seen the doctor once, I don't believe the nurse practitioners take the time to listen especially when they do all the talking, the employees at the front desk try very hard but they're overwhelmed and understaffed.
Awful! They make you wait for hours even though I came in a ambulance.
