I've lived in my home for more than 15 yrs and I decided to get a new roof because the shingles on my town home looked worn. I did some research on roofing contractors in the DMV area and ran across this company. After taking estimates from another contractor as well, I decided to go with this company after meeting Pat, the owner. On April18th, Pat came out to my home and explained the roofing process to me, helped me determine what color shingles I could choose from that were HOA compliant and what I would be getting in my warranty with their company. Capital Improvements did a great job replacing my deck. They were prompt and quick to respond to all of my questions. The quality of material and workmanship came at a great price in the current market. I would highly recommend them to others looking to replace or repair their decks.
