Bowie Family Dental Care provides great customer service. The office staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk, has great customer service. Dr. Lee is an exceptional Dentist who is very thorough in both his dental care and explanation of everything to the patient. He is great at finding the right steps to take for questions and concerns. The dental care received has been so positive, with many visits satisfactorily completed, resulting in excellent dental health. Dr. Lee has amazing bedside manner and does excellent work. His office team are also outstanding, with great customer service. Patients appreciate the opportunity to opt out of certain procedures, such as x-rays, if they do not feel comfortable. Overall, Bowie Family Dental Care offers high-quality dental care and great experiences, making it a highly recommended choice. The staff is nice and helpful, and patients have been treated with great care for many years.
I just got back from the office I'm so overwhelm with happiness from the time I called for my appt to my visit the office staff especially the gentleman at the front desk has great customer service and Dr Lee is an exceptional Dentist from questions to concerns and finding the right steps to take.
Dr. Lee is great, can't recommend enough! He is very thorough in both his dental care as well as his explanation of everything to the patient. So far I have been in for a cleaning and a filling (6 months apart) and both were great experiences. Getting my filling specifically was one of the best filling experiences I've gotten. I came in with tooth pain and it turns out I had chipped away at a filling from many years ago while flossing. Dr. Lee looked into the cost of the filling with insurance before beginning the filling (to replace what had chipped) which I appreciated. I've been treated by DrJames Lee since the early 2000's. Yes, about 20 years! The high quality dental care received has been so positive. So many visits satisfactorily completed ; therefore, my dental health is excellent. Thank you Dr .Lee!
