Staff are all pleasant and professional. I look forward to going for the attention to my specific theraputic needs as well as information and exercises I can take home and continue my healing.

I have 3 bulging disc. My pain level was averaging between an 8 to 10. Since I’ve been at 4 oaks it has decreased between a 3 and 5. The therapist have done a good job and I am appreciative.

I am quite satisfied with the staff that have worked with me. They have been attentive and instructive for the sake of exercises I can perform at home. I have no complaints and would return if I needed any type of future therapy.
