This company's negligence destroyed a basement floor. The tech left the residence without replacing an element in a water heater that was going to be scheduled for repair the next day. The entire basement flooded, ruining the entire basement floor, displacing several family members for over a month.The homeowner decided not to obtain a lawyer and sue the company nor did the homeowner file a claim through their business insurance. I had a good experience with Griffith Plumbing plumber.He was very helpful and up front with pricing. He even recommended some fixes on another drain that was functioning well but he did not push on it. He went beyond to clean up after he was done.I would definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs
