Patrick was our technician, he explained everything very good. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the services that were going to be done. I would recommend Bennett to anyone.
Daniel, our technician came out to inspect for termites was very pleasant to deal with carried himself very professionally and did a thorough job at checking things out for us. Much appreciate having him.
We found two black widows, one in the garage and one in the porch and got neighbors' recommendations to call Bennett. Within a day or two, Patrick came to see us and he was very helpful, professional and understanding about my (admittedly slightly irrational) fears. He spent a good amount of time asking questions to understand what we want, and then gave us appropriate treatment options. If everyone at Bennett has the same focus on their customer's needs, I believe we'll be customers for many years. Fingers crossed!
