Great gym and great people. I dropped in for two weeks and it a morning workout I looked forward to every day. Holly Frank and the team were great. Thanks and look forward to coming back year after year.
Can’t say enough positive remarks about this AWESOME box; from the owner to all the coaches you’ll receive great training on body mechanics from certified staff, properly breaking down movements and exercises used in CrossFit plus they’re super nice.As a family we have vacationed in OC Maryland for years; every time we’re there, the Beach House CrossFit staff and members welcome us kindly and share their competitive spirit and amazing attitudes.
Highly recommend Beach House CrossFit! I am new to CrossFit and was on vacation. Decided to drop in a few days. Holly and Frank and the others couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. The space is nice and clean. Good equipment. Great people. And probably only 5 minutes from the 90 bridge. I will definitely be back when I’m in town!
