Just wanted to update this. Everytime I see my flooded yard they said was well graded, I remember what a bad decision I made using Winchester.Absolutely horrible. The worst. Worse than that. They should allow negative stars!!! There are other builders!!!! Bought a house from them 4 years ago and they never resolved any of the problems we had. Do not be fooled by the "HomePro" group they use to monitor the warranty. It is owned by Winchester and deny everything while making you think they are on your side/independent. Do not move in until they fix the electric outlets!!!!!Services: Landscaping

Winchester Homes, is a terrible company they lie, promise but don’t deliver. We wrote our contract back in June 2018. We were explained about the yearly water front fee for our community. Once we heard this, we were concern paying an extra Grand every year. The sales person made us feel a lot better when she said Winchester would cover the first year. Now fast forward to Jan 2019 we get the bill we have until January 15th to pay. So, I took the following action. I did my due diligence in getting information from the sales person why I was getting this bill. Was directed to the wrong place. Eventually I found out who was in charge.
