I have given my 5-star review to this Voorthuis location purely because of Sandra. I had some issues with my glasses - partly my fault and partly not. She went above and beyond to help me sort things out and get the frames I wanted and needed. She was generous of time and spirit and provided me with exceptional customer service. Sandra’s kindness and willingness to go the extra mile resulted in a positive experience. If you go to this store - be sure to ask for Sandra.

It’s pretty unusual in my experience to hear or read of someone writing fhey enjoyed their experience at the optometrist’s but let me assure you: at Voorthuis, it’s a thing. From setting my appointment the day before , to the moment I walked in the day after, I was greeted promptly and made to feel at home. My appointment with Dr. Le was very thourough and comfortable. They have an amazing selection of frames to choose from as well—- and VERY honest in their feedback on lens selection! You’re in very good hands with this team!

Dr. Le is an amazing compassionate doctor. She was very kind to my children, shared very resourceful information on how to get further help and treatment for my youngest who has a very strong prescription. I appreciate that a doctor is personable knowing they are dealing with patients that need re assurance.
The extra stuff too at Bradley and Wildwood are so professional and very helpful and kind.
