Keisha is one of the most personable people I've ever met. She knows how to handle tough situations and make everyone feel comfortable. Every time I meet with Keisha she goes above and beyond. She is an asset to any company and her attitude and teamwork work ethics are something hard to find these days. Keisha puts one hundred and ten percent on every project she does. I am so happy to have met Keisha and appreciate her hard work. I lived in one property that Keisha managed for around 10 years.
I have lived in two different properties that Kisha managed, most recently in a high-rise building in downtown Baltimore. For a city that has an ongoing challenge with pest/rodent control (as many larger cities do), this building had no evidence of any issues of the sort. It was secure, there were always people available at the front desk and staff monitoring the property, everyone was so polite and professional, and I never felt like a bother when I raised issues. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I’ve worked with Kisha for over 20 years and she’s been great to work with. She is top notch when it comes to quality and professionalism.I highly recommend Kisha to anyone looking to rent a home or anyone that needs their property managed. Kisha is the best property manager I’ve ever worked with!
