After a brief period of difficulty, the service has returned to the high caliber that customers have come to expect, with the staff being accommodating, responsive, and providing prompt and first-rate service.
We have been so fortunate to have Kelly H. as our leasing manager over the past three years and I couldn't recommend her more. She is responsive, professional, caring, and has tremendous integrity. A year or so ago they switched our account manager from Kelly to another representative who was unresponsive but when Kelly found out the situation she quickly took our account back over and saved the day. We have had such an amazing and smooth experience with Kelly taking charge of our property and I can't recommend it enough. We never had to worry about any issues or even think about our property because she always took care of everything proactively and set us up for success....read full review
Atlas Lane employs a superstar - Matt Smith. He is passionate about his job and will take great care of you - just one personal example, he once bought me DC United tickets! Great service.
I have been using Atlas Lane for some time now, and I must say things were so much better after Kelly took over! It appears that the service has returned to the high caliber that we have been accustomed to. Very informative and quick to respond to my questions!!!
